A beautiful, pure white and delicate night flowering plant, Silene Capensis grows on the edges of rivers and is traditionally harvested only when a dream diviner has received a dream from her telling them where it is located and to pick it. The roots are used in Ubulawu, Xhosa medicines, where they are agitated in water to create a foam that is used in Dream diviner initiation rituals. This foam forms because of the saponins in the root, which are key to the function of the herb. DOSAGE: Shake well before each dose. 5-15 drops in 30ml / 1oz water 1-2x a day for one lunar cycle (29 days). It is best taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It takes 3-5 days to build up in your system before it will begin to work in your dreams. It will not alter your waking consciousness, but many find it a great mood lift.
